Samantha joined McGeady Becher Cortese Williams P.C. as a special district attorney in 2026. She earned her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2012. Samantha also completed the Legislative Staff Management Institute through the University of South California Sol Price School of Public Policy, a nationally recognized leadership program for senior legislative professionals. Prior to joining the Firm, Samantha spent several years as Legal Counsel for the North Dakota Legislative Council where she served as counsel to legislative committees and individual legislators, providing nonpartisan legal analysis across a broad range of legal and policy areas, including matters affecting state and local government operations. Samantha has over a decade of experience advising government entities, drafting legislation, and navigating the legal frameworks that govern state and local government operations.
