Kalen joined McGeady Becher as a special district attorney in 2024.  She is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where her studies focused on transactional practice areas such as public finance, real estate, and corporate drafting.  Prior to joining the Firm, Kalen represented clients as a public finance attorney working on a variety of engagements across the U.S., which included transactions involving metropolitan districts, water districts, and sewer districts.  She has assisted in transactions as Bond Counsel, Underwriter’s Counsel, Bank Counsel, and Special Disclosure Counsel.
