Associate

McGeady Becher Cortese Williams P.C. is recruiting an Associate to join our thriving practice to assist in organizing and representing special districts, general oversight of district operations, contracting, elections, debt issuance and compliance.  Previous experience working with municipal entities, homeowners’ associations, or in real estate would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years’ experience. This position requires a self-motivated individual who wants to establish themselves in the industry.  A Colorado law license in “good standing” or the ability to become admitted to the Colorado Bar is required.  Compensation: Salary will range between $100,000 and $150,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. Records Specialist

McGeady Becher Cortese Williams P.C. is recruiting a college graduate to join our records team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, work efficiently, and have excellent organizational skills with detail ability being very important.  Position involves creating, maintaining, and destroying client files in both electronic and paper form, including extensive use of document management and database software.   You will learn a great deal about our specialized practice as you classify and file documents.  The ideal candidate will have records or library experience and a college degree with a good academic record.  Clerical, law firm, library, and database experience a plus, but not necessary.  Candidates should be able to lift a storage box full of files, weighing 40 pounds or more.

Salary will range between $50,000-$55,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
