Evan joined McGeady Becher Cortese Williams P.C. as a special district attorney in 2025. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2023, where he served as the Managing Editor of the University of Denver Water Law Review while focusing his studies on land use, real estate, and natural resources. Prior to joining McGeady Becher, Evan represented municipalities and special districts throughout Colorado as a water attorney. He looks forward to broadening his practice to all facets of Colorado’s unique special district landscape.
