Eric joined McGeady Becher in 2024 and brings with him several years of experience representing local governments, quasi-governmental entities, and individual clients as both water counsel and general counsel, handling various legal issues including land and water transactions, contract negotiations, advising clients on expansion and protection of water rights and systems, and groundwater issues.  Eric has represented clients before the Colorado Ground Water Commission, the Colorado District Courts, the Colorado Supreme court, and other administrative entities.  Eric also formerly worked as a prosecutor for the State of Colorado and the City of Denver.
